When you use our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and the message you submit. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or booking request. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

We use Formspree (formspree.io) to process contact form submissions, Setmore (setmore.com) for appointment booking, and Google Maps for location display. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and may process data in accordance with their terms.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, typically no more than 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at www.cpdp.bg.
